Darcy, Kate & Emily:
Our trip was amazing! There is no way we could have done this on our own. We literally worried about nothing. Transportation was arranged to and from hotels and events, our fees were looked after, and our excursions were all first class and matched our interests. Our hotels were outstanding. It was worth every penny to travel in this way and Magdalini treated us like family. She truly looked after our every need (including tracking down and retrieving a lost cell phone in Athens). The wood-fired cooking was awesome. It was such a wonderful experience and our guide was the sweetest. Our dinner was fantastic! I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We loved every minute and made memories for a lifetime. Thank you again for your kind hospitality. You made our trip magical!
AGE Travel Group:
Getting to know Darcy was a pure pleasure from start to finish. Her way of communicating her needs was so helpful in order to make this trip exactly as they had dreamed it! This is a loving family, with tremendous kindness for which all our suppliers congratulated us. I dare say that Darcy and I didn’t just have a traveler-agent partnership but a deeper bond, just like with the girls! Thank you for all the sharing & trust… Until we meet again!

This tour allows you to observe the striking contrasts that make Athens such a fascinating city. Our expert guide will take you to see the Panathenaic Stadium where the first Olympic Games of modern times were held in 1896 (short stop). Continue and pass by the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the Hadrian’s Arch, the Parliament, the memorial to the Unknown Soldier, the Academy, the University, the National Library, and the Constitution Square (Syntagma). On the Acropolis visit the Architectural Masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens: The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion, and finally “the harmony between material and spirit”, the monument that “puts order in the mind”, the Parthenon. Continue and visit the place where at last the statues found their home and admire the wonders of the classical era: The new Acropolis museum.
Continue in a local restaurant for lunch.
After lunch drive along the coastal road, passing the wonderful beaches of Glyfada, Vouliagmeni & Varkiza to the most Southern point of Attica, Cape Sounion, where the white marble pillars of the Temple of Poseidon stand. On the way, you have a splendid view of the Saronic Gulf and the little islands offshore. After visiting the Temple of Poseidon, you have time to walk at leisure on the rocky promontory of Sounion.
Picture a place where time seems to stand still—an idyllic family farm, once owned by the Venetian ruler of Naxos in the 15th century. Here, there’s no electricity, so everything is lovingly prepared over a wood fire, allowing the flavors to develop slowly. The farm is home to ancient olive trees, some over 2,000 years old, as well as a variety of organic fruits, vegetables, and beehives, all complemented by fresh, running water. It’s what we like to call a gastronomical paradise. During your visit, you’ll have the chance to learn how to prepare traditional Greek dishes, and, of course, savor every bite of what you’ve made. The meal also includes freshly baked bread, dessert, and local wine—ensuring an unforgettable experience to cherish with each moment.
Discover unspoiled beaches and take advantage of the unique experience of visiting two more Cycladic Islands in one day. Your high-speed boat will shorten your travel time and save you the maximum possible time on the points of visit. Swim, snorkel, and explore the fuselage of the sunken German ARADO World War II aircraft in Alimia Bay on the southwest of Ira. Explore the rich seabed, diving in the turquoise waters of Pezoulia Beach or Nero Beach on Kato Koufonissi. Browse the picturesque Ano Koufonissi and taste local delicacies and fresh fish in one of the traditional taverns in front of the sea. Relax with a Greek coffee in combination with Greek “spoon sweets” overlooking the endless blue… Swim and explore the Rina cave, known both for its natural beauty and for the springs that bring fresh water into the sea. Return to Naxos full of unique images, flavors, and aromas of the Aegean!
Naxos is known to be one of the most fertile and green islands of the Cyclades, blessing its residents with treasures such as organic fruit, vegetables and savory dairy products some of which are globally known. In the mountain village of Filoti, you will have the exclusive opportunity to visit a local pen (sheepfold) where a shepherd will share with you the story of his cheese making and of course, you will taste some of the famous Naxian cheeses. In the green valley of Eggares village, you will visit the museum of olive oil where you will taste the “liquid gold” which is produced by thousands of years old olive trees. Of course, one can not miss the famous Citron of Naxos which is distilled in the village of Halki, a liqueur made of the leaves of the citron trees, a unique product with a history that dates back to 1896. Finally, you will wander around the alleys of the mountain village Apiranthos, where you will have the chance to taste the so-called “Zaboni” a salty and spicy prosciutto-like ham which is only produced in that village.
Your adventure begins with a visit to the iconic Santorini volcano! After a scenic 20-minute boat ride, you will arrive at the jetty of Nea Kameni. If you’d like, a guide will be available to show you around. You’ll then take a walk with the guide to the ridge of the volcano, where you’ll learn all about its fascinating history and geology. You’ll spend 1.5 hours exploring the volcanic island before returning to your boat.
Next, you’ll head to the island of Palea Kameni, home to the famous Hot Springs on its western side. These thermal waters, rich in sulfur, iron, and other minerals from the volcano, are renowned for their healing properties, benefiting the skin and alleviating conditions like arthritis and rheumatism. You’ll have 30 minutes to relax in the shallow waters near Agios Nikolaos Beach, just 30 meters from the shore.
As you sail past the underwater craters from Palea Kameni to Thirasia Island, the boat will anchor so you can enjoy a delicious Greek buffet dinner. The friendly and experienced crew will ensure you’re comfortable while you savor the meal and capture stunning photos of the Aegean Sea.
Your journey concludes as the sun begins to set. The boat will anchor close to the picturesque village of Oia, where you’ll have the chance to watch the sun’s warm rays illuminate the Caldera and the village in golden hues under a vibrant violet sky—an unforgettable experience to cap off the day!
Many of us have glimpsed photos or films of people riding along a beautiful beach. On this tour, your dream to ride along the beach on a gorgeous horse will most probably come true! The landscape and the blue Aegean waters will amaze you, walk along the black sand beach and ride back up to the stables
Starting at the stables in Megalochori, ride along the paths of the vineyards and see their traditional layout, and along the south trails that lead to the secluded Eros Beach. These paths were created by the great eruption, which formed the island. As you ride you will see small gorges and ravines carved into the volcanic rock and can marvel at the unique Santorini landscape.
At the end of the route, you reach Eros Beach, a long black beach with impressive rock formation cliffs as a backdrop. Ride along the beach and then head to the top of the hill to enjoy the panoramic view of the beach and the trails.
Embark on a captivating journey through Santorini’s rich viticulture by visiting three exceptional wineries, each offering a unique tasting of distinctive volcanic wines. Guided by an experienced sommelier, you’ll delve into the art of wine pairing with Cycladic cheeses, enhancing your appreciation of the island’s indigenous grape varieties. As you explore the scenic landscapes—from the northern vineyards to the caldera and the southern wineries—you’ll gain insights into the unique viticulture that shapes these rare and exotic wines, all blooming with aromas you won’t find anywhere else. This unforgettable experience is a must for wine lovers seeking to immerse themselves in the essence of Santorini’s winemaking heritage.
Embark on a journey to discover the stunning natural beauty of Santorini’s caves, which come alive with vibrant blue hues when the light touches the water. Red Beach, one of the island’s most captivating spots, will be your starting point. From here, your sea kayaking adventure along the southern coast begins. As you paddle along the dramatic coastline of Akrotiri, you’ll be treated to the sight of small caves and unique rock formations. Your journey will lead you to the imposing Black Mountain, where you can explore even more sea caves and enjoy a refreshing snorkeling session. The adventure culminates with an exhilarating cliff jump at White Beach, leaving you with a rush of adrenaline before returning to your starting point.
Start your journey with a ride in a comfortable vehicle to the outskirts of Imerovigli. After the short walk, you arrive at the church of Agios Georgios from where you will enjoy the beautiful view and the warm tones that the sunset gives to this iconic church. Your hike continues on the famous Fira-Oia hiking trail as night falls for an epic 1.5-hour journey at a time of day when few choose to walk. You’ll stop along the way to see the villages lit up at night and admire the volcano. When you arrive in Fira, you will dine on delicious authentic Greek food at a local restaurant. You will enjoy four types of Santorini’s volcanic wines, including the popular Vinsanto wine. Learn about the culture and history of the island’s wine from your experienced guide, including how wine draws its flavor from the volcanic land of Santorini.
