The amount of support provided to me every step of the way was just incredible. My agent listened intently and worked very closely with me to ensure my trip was perfectly customized for me and my husband, and we made changes several times. She worked with very high-quality vendors who take pride in their business, which added so much to my experience. My agent answered every question I had. I felt very reassured I was in good hands and felt comfortable putting my trust in her.
We hit some unforeseen snags (weather, delayed flight) and she was incredibly responsive in alerting us to changes and helping us in the moment (ie, to get transportation after a delayed flight). I am so grateful to her for planning such an amazing experience for me! 100/10! This was my bucket-list trip and I cannot thank her and credit her enough for making it even better than I could have imagined.
